We want to thank you deeply for giving us back a treasured part of our lives. When my emphysema progressed to requiring oxygen 24/7 five years ago, we grieved that extended international travel seemed over. Your tremendous Inogen One oxygen system made possible - and delightful - our wonderful stay in Paris and Peter Deilmann cruise up the Seine to the Normandy coast - with great motoring and walking excursions though Versailles, Monet's gardens at Giverny, the cathedral town of Rouen, beautiful sea-side Honfleur. The Inogen One Concentrator/Conserver worked spectacularly: plugged into power on land, sea , air and driving (in cars, taxis, motorcoaches and minivans!), and with its powerful lithium batteries in its comfortable shoulder bag or carrying cart. Its clarity and reliability made us relaxed and confident, and its unbelievable compactness (not bigger than a big Tide bottle!) made it both easy and discreet for me and my friend to handle. Many inquired about it, and we were delighted to give information on your Oxygen Travel and Inogen.

We also wanted to thank you and your Oxygen Travel staff for your tremendous professionalism and follow-through when we had a complication in Paris. It was confidence-inspiring.

I want to tell you what a wonderful experience it was not only, to meet you
personally, but also to have the opportunity to regain my independence and be able
to travel again. Since I have had COPD my life style has been curtailed to say the
least.
 

The freedom that your system afforded me on our recent cruise was like
experiencing the fountain of youth. Not only was the system everything it was
supposed to be, but your response to a perceived problem was not only immediate it
was as comprehensive as though you were standing over my shoulder guiding me
through the steps necessary to determine that there wasn't a problem.

 

I have provided the pulmonary rehab team at INOVA  Faifax Hospital with your

Your medical travel system for providing oxygen was just wonderful for me, since I am oxygen dependent. We love to travel, especially on cruises, but until we met you we could only go on those trips that ended from the same place that it started. Thanks to you we can now  go anywhere in the world. We just took a cruise from San Juan through the Panama Canal and ended up in Acapulco. Your office representative met us at the airport and showed us how to use the equipment on the ship. We certainly appreciate the freedom you gave us and we look forward to booking more trips through your office.
