One of the common questions is about the fill and drain time -- here is some additional information comparing our bathtubs to the walk-in style bathtubs:

Our tub uses 35 gallons vs. 50-65 gallons of the walk-in style bathtubs.

We have 3/4" thermostatic valves which provide more than 2.5 times the flow of competitor's 1/2" pressure balance valves.

Our deep soaker tubs allow up to 15" water depth. Most "walk-in" tubs only allow 6-8" of water above the seat, and consume much more hot water. So our tub takes less water, and fills faster than walk in tubs (roughly 1/4 of the time).

It takes 3-6 minutes to fill or drain a walk-in style tub and 2-3 minutes to fill and drain our bathtub.

If you are sitting in a chair-shaped walk in tub, most of the fill and drain time is with the water below your knees. In our bathtub, you are reclining in the water, so you are actually out of the water less than a minute while it drains.

Also, if you have an Aquassure jetted system, our unique pump keeps the water warm. Eliminating the cost of an in-line heater.

We suggest, for added comfort, that people install a heat lamp above the bathtub or have a towel to wrap around their shoulders while it fills and empties.
